In the following, we inform you about the processing of personal data (personal data) carried out by Regazzi SA, Via alle Gerre 1, 6596 Gordola (Regazzi SA, also known as we or us) when you visit our website www.regazzi.ch and www.regazzi.swiss (including directly integrated sub-websites) (together the website).

We do this by processing and evaluating information about your behaviour on our website (e.g. navigation behaviour on the website, responses to our messages and electronic messages, use of our social media profiles) and, if applicable, in our online shop (e.g. details about your shopping cart), and possibly supplementing it with information from third parties. For marketing purposes, we also process personal data when you visit us on social media platforms (see section 2.7) and by using cookies and other analysis tools (see sections 3 and 5).

Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, the storage is technically necessary, legal retention periods apply, or our legitimate interest requires such retention (e.g. for documentation and evidence purposes). If the personal data is not subsequently deleted automatically, we delete or anonymise your personal data as part of our usual processes.
